22. Why We Hide, When We Yearn To Be Seen.
In this solo episode, I’m diving into the raw and uncomfortable truth about stepping out of the shadows and into the light of being seen. We often hold ourselves back, trapped by the fear of judgment and the heavy conditioning that prioritises others’ perceptions over our own. But what happens when we shift from asking, “What do they think?” to “What do I think and feel?”
